Opening video of the package received is mandatory for an exchange or refund
It must be an unedited, uncut, uninterrupted unboxing video right from the beginning straight away showing the address details on the parcel and clearly showing the issue/defect with good lighting
Proof of purchase – invoice is compulsory.

Minor manufacturing defects – like threads coming out shall not make the product eligible for return/replacement.

And incase of return/exchange we dont have a return pickup facility hence the parcel has to be sent by the customer to our address

Free replacement will be provided within 7 days if the product is delivered in defective/damaged condition or different from the ordered item. Otherwise their is no return or replacement is availble.
